Dow AgroSciences, LLC (2010)
View allIn 2010, the Bond Bank assisted the City in selling $17.3 million of tax-exempt Economic Development TIF bonds to assist in the expansion of Dow’s existing global headquarters and research facilities located in Marion County. By the end of 2016, Dow invested over $340 million in its facilities and has an active workforce of over 1700 employees.
