Lucas Oil Stadium (2007)
View allIn 2007, the Bond Bank sold approximately $74 million of bonds for the City of Indianapolis for the construction of Lucas Oil Stadium. Pursuant to a development agreement, bond proceeds were loaned to the Indianapolis Colts to fund a portion of its required contribution toward the construction of the stadium.
