The Indianapolis Bond Bank for The Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank is currently seeking proposals on a financing for the 2026B Bonds to be used to fund all or a portion of the costs of the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana (“HHC”) 2026/2027 Capital Improvement Projects. The Bonds are a general obligation of HHC, payable from ad valorem property taxes on all taxable property within Marion County (coterminous with the jurisdiction of HHC), and have a final maturity of January 15, 2046. Attached is the term sheet for this financing which includes further details to the Bonds, the project and the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana. The Bond Bank and the Corporation are currently only seeking a fixed interest rate and would like to avoid additional covenants as they are seeking similar covenants to its public debt.
